Today’s Top NHL DFS Picks for DraftKings

Centers:

Tyler Seguin, Salary: $7,500

Seguin will be the most popular play tonight.  Seguin scored two goals and added two assists in Saturday’s 5-1 win over the Jets. We should see more of the same against a team that can’t defend in the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Sebastian Aho, Salary: $6,200

With three goals and four points along with eight shots in his first three games, Sebastian Aho is off to a hot start to the season.

Wingers:

Jamie Benn, Salary: $7,200

After a dud to start the season, the top line of Tyler Seguin, Alexander Radulov, and Jamie Benn exploded in their second game, combining for 10 points against the Jets. Tonight, they face a Maple Leafs team who just gave up six goals to the Blackhawks.

Teuvo Teravainen,  Salary: $5,400

With three goals and four points along with eight shots in his first three games, Sebastian Aho is off to a hot start to the season.

Nick Foligno, Salary: $4,500

Foligno is a top-6 player, with PP time seeing a lot of ice to start the season.

Defensemen:

John Klingberg,  Salary: $5,600

A season ago, he registered a career-high 67 points in 82 games. The 26-year-old Swede is Dallas’ workhorse on the blue line and stands to see a lot of ice time against opposing teams best players in 2018-19

Ryan Ellis, Salary: $4,900

Ellis missed the first three months of last season after undergoing knee surgery, but he was the Preds’ most productive defenseman during the second half, notching 32 points in just 44 games — a 60-point pace over a full season.

Goalies:

Curtis McElhinney, Salary: $7,700

McElhinney is the best value play tonight, with the best chance at a win.

Connor Hellebuyck,  Salary: $8,200

It’s been a mixed start for Connor Hellebuyck through two starts this year, both on the road. He was solid in the season opener against the Blues, but then was blitzed by the Stars and allowed five goals. He has a much more favorable matchup this evening against the Kings, who should be average offensively this season. Jack Campbell will be in net for the Kings’
