Adrian Kempe scored two goals and notched an assist in Tuesday’s 5-4 overtime win against the Edmonton Oilers in Game 5

Kempe was off and running in the second period with a bit of a squeaker on Mike Smith. In the third frame, the 25-year-old found Phil Danault for a power-play marker to give the Kings a short-lived two-goal lead (4-2). Early on in the extra frame, Kempe ripped a shot past Smith to clinch the well deserved victory for the Kings as they took a 3-2 series lead. He has two goals and three assists through five games this post-season.
